Building rules we deal with for you
Most Dubai towers and free zone buildings require a move permit from building management, proof of third-party liability insurance, a service lift booking and an out-of-hours access request. DMCC, DIFC, Business Bay and Dubai Silicon Oasis each have their own paperwork. We prepare and submit all of it, and we confirm the lift slot in writing before your move date.
IT and sensitive equipment
Screens go into fitted foam cartons. CPUs, laptops and docks are bagged, labelled to their user and crated. Server racks are shut down, cabled out, wrapped and moved on air-ride equipment, then re-racked in the same order. If your IT provider prefers to disconnect and reconnect themselves, we work to their schedule rather than around it.
Minimum downtime
Most offices under 40 desks move on a Friday night and are working Saturday. Larger sites are phased department by department across two weekends so no team is ever fully offline. Tell us your quietest window and we will build the plan around it.

Office moving questions, answered
How much notice do you need for an office move?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for a small office and lets us secure lift slots and permits. Larger sites need four to six weeks. Urgent moves are possible when a crew is free.
Can you move outside working hours?
Yes. Most commercial moves run overnight or across a weekend at no premium, since it is how we schedule them anyway.
Do you supply crates?
Yes. Numbered plastic crates are delivered several days ahead so staff can pack their own desks, and collected within 48 hours of the move.
Do you handle server and network equipment?
We do — shut down, cable out, wrap, transport and re-rack in the original order. We will also work alongside your own IT provider if they prefer to handle the disconnection.
Do you move clinics and salons?
Yes, including dental chairs, treatment beds, sterilisers and salon stations. Medical equipment is moved with extra padding and, where required, upright bracing.
