In short: Our carpenters dismantle villa furniture — beds, wardrobes, marble tables, TV units, gym equipment and outdoor sets — wrap it, move it and rebuild it in the correct room the same day. Fittings travel in labelled bags taped to their own piece.
Villa furniture is the reason villa moves overrun. Fitted wardrobes will not clear a doorway assembled. Marble dining tops are heavier than they look and crack under their own weight if carried flat. Treadmills and multi-gyms have to come apart to get down a staircase. Every one of those jobs needs a carpenter, not a spare pair of hands.

How we protect each piece
Timber goes into moving blankets, then stretch film over the blanket so the film never touches polish or veneer. Glass and mirrored panels are taped in a cross pattern, foam-wrapped and crated upright. Marble travels on edge in a padded frame. Corners get plastic guards. Upholstery goes into fitted covers to keep dust and grease off the fabric.
Fittings do not get lost
Every screw, bolt, dowel, bracket and allen key from a piece goes into a numbered zip bag, and that bag is taped to the largest part of the same piece. It sounds small. It is the difference between a bed being rebuilt in twenty minutes and someone driving to Ace Hardware at 9pm.
Reassembly at the new villa
We rebuild in a set order: beds first so the house is sleepable, then wardrobes, then living and dining, then office, gym and outdoors. Each item is placed where you want it before it is fully tightened, so a change of mind does not mean taking it apart again. TVs are remounted, curtains rehung and appliances pushed into position.
Furniture moving without a full relocation
Not every job is a whole villa. We also move single rooms, deliver and assemble new furniture, shift heavy items between floors, and reconfigure a villa when a family swaps bedrooms or converts a majlis into a home office. Those are priced as a half-day or full-day crew booking.
Furniture handling is included as standard in every villa moving service we run, so you do not book it separately for a full move.
Furniture questions, answered
Do you charge extra for dismantling and reassembly?
No. On a full villa move it is included in the fixed price. It is only quoted separately if you book furniture work on its own without a relocation.
Can you rebuild furniture the same day?
Yes. Beds and wardrobes are rebuilt on delivery day as standard, so the family sleeps in the new villa that night. Only very large gyms or bespoke joinery occasionally need a second visit.
What about fitted or built-in wardrobes?
If it is removable, we take it apart and rebuild it. If it is fixed joinery attached to the structure, we will tell you at survey stage — usually it stays with the property.
Do you move gym equipment and pool tables?
Yes, with a lifting team booked in advance. Treadmills, multi-gyms, weight stacks and slate-bed pool tables are all handled regularly. Pool tables are re-levelled after assembly.
Can you assemble new furniture I have bought?
Yes. We assemble flat-pack and delivered furniture as a standalone booking, including disposing of the packaging afterwards.
