Villa Packing & Unpacking Services in Dubai
Room-by-room packing, labelled cartons, fragile crating and full unpacking — with all materials included in the price.
In short: We pack villas room by room with double-wall cartons, wardrobe boxes and proper fragile protection, label every box by destination room, and unpack at the other end if you want it. Packing materials are included in the price — you never buy boxes separately.
Packing is where a villa move is won or lost. A four-bedroom villa produces 120 to 180 cartons. If they are not labelled by room, unpacking takes a fortnight. If the kitchen glass is not wrapped individually, something breaks in transit. Our packers work the same way in every property, which is what keeps the results consistent.
Packing options
Full packing
We pack everything: kitchen, wardrobes, bedrooms, majlis, study, store room, garage and garden. You do nothing except point at anything you want kept aside. This is what most villa clients book.
Partial packing
You handle clothes and personal items, we take the fragile and awkward categories — kitchen, glassware, art, electronics, lighting and anything breakable.
Fragile-only packing
For families who pack ahead but do not want to risk the china, the mirrors or the TV. We arrive a day before the move and crate the delicate items.
Unpacking
Cartons opened, contents placed in cupboards and wardrobes, and every box, sheet of wrap and roll of tape removed from the villa the same day.
Materials we bring
- Double-wall cartons in three sizes, plus book boxes for heavy items
- Wardrobe cartons with hanging rails, so clothes travel on their hangers
- Bubble wrap, foam sheets and packing paper for glass and crockery
- Custom-built cartons for mirrors, TVs, artwork and marble tops
- Mattress and sofa covers, moving blankets and corner protectors
- Stretch film, edge guards and colour-coded room labels
How we label
Every carton gets a room colour, a destination room name, a contents summary and an inventory number. The same list is used at delivery, so a missing box is obvious immediately rather than three days later. Boxes marked open first hold kettle, chargers, bedding, towels and basic tools — the things you need before the rest is unpacked.
Fragile and high-value items
Chandeliers are lowered, the arms removed and each piece wrapped separately. Marble and glass table tops travel upright in a padded frame, never flat. Artwork over one metre is crated in timber. TVs go back in original boxes where possible, or into fitted foam cartons. Pianos and safes are handled by a lifting team booked in advance.
How long villa packing takes
| Villa | Packers | Cartons (typical) | Packing time |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2-bed townhouse | 3 | 60–90 | 4–6 hours |
| 3-bed villa | 4 | 90–130 | 6–8 hours |
| 4-bed villa | 5–6 | 120–180 | 1 day |
| 5-bed villa | 6–8 | 180–260 | 1–1.5 days |
Packing is normally booked as part of a full move with our villa moving service, but you can book packing on its own if you have your own transport.
Packing questions, answered
Do I have to buy packing boxes?
No. Cartons, wrap, tape, covers and labels are included in your fixed quote and arrive on the truck with the crew. You will never be charged for materials on the day.
How many boxes does a villa need?
Roughly 30 to 45 cartons per bedroom once the kitchen and store room are counted. A three-bedroom villa is usually 90 to 130 boxes; a five-bedroom villa can pass 250.
Can you pack the day before the move?
Yes, and for four-bedroom villas and larger we recommend it. Packing on day one and loading on day two means the truck leaves early instead of at midnight.
Will you unpack as well?
Yes. Unpacking includes placing contents in cupboards and wardrobes and removing all used packaging from the villa the same day.
What do you do with clothes and hanging items?
They go straight from the wardrobe into wardrobe cartons on their own hangers, then back onto the rail at the new villa. Nothing gets folded, creased or repacked.
Need your villa packed properly?
