What the villa moving service covers

Everything between your last night in the old villa and your first night in the new one.

• Fragile handling. Mirrors, TVs, chandeliers, glassware and artwork crated or double-wrapped.
• Dismantling. Beds, wardrobes, dining tables, desks, gym equipment, outdoor furniture.
• Transport. Closed 3-tonne and 7-tonne trucks, padded and strapped, sized to your volume.
• Reassembly. Furniture rebuilt and placed, boxes delivered to the labelled room.
• Clear-up. Cartons and wrapping removed at the end of unpacking.

Villa-specific work most movers charge extra for

Curtains and blinds taken down and rehung. Wall-mounted TVs unmounted and remounted. Chandeliers lowered and boxed. Safes, treadmills and pool tables moved by a lifting team. Garden pots, shade sails and outdoor kitchens dismantled. Pantry and store rooms emptied and reboxed. All of it is quoted inside the fixed price, not added on the day.

Community permits and access

Emaar, Nakheel, Damac, Dubai Properties and most gated communities require a move permit, an NOC or a refundable deposit before a moving truck is allowed in, and many restrict moving hours. Give us the community name when you book and we handle the submission, the insurance certificate and the crew ID list. It is one of the quietest reasons villa moves run late, and one of the easiest to prevent.

Moving between emirates

Roughly one in five of our jobs crosses an emirate border — Dubai to Abu Dhabi for a new posting, Sharjah to Dubai for a shorter commute, or out to Ras Al Khaimah for space. The same crew loads and unloads, so nothing is handed to a third party mid-route. Cross-emirate work is priced in the original quote.
