The gap is the problem. You hand back one villa on the 30th and get keys to the next on the 15th. Storage that is booked separately from the move means paying two companies, moving everything twice and losing track of what went where. We run both, so your inventory list is the same document from the first carton to the final delivery.
How our storage works
- Packed at your villa. Everything is wrapped and boxed as if it were moving straight away.
- Inventoried. Numbered list plus photographs, so you know exactly what is in storage.
- Palletised and wrapped. Your goods stay together on dedicated pallets, not mixed with anyone else’s.
- Stored in Al Quoz. Clean, dry, pest-controlled, alarmed warehouse with restricted access.
- Delivered back. Same crew, same care, furniture reassembled at the new villa.

Short-term and long-term
Short-term storage suits a handover gap of one to eight weeks and is usually billed weekly. Long-term storage runs monthly with a discount past the third month, and is the right choice if you are leaving the UAE temporarily or renovating. Either way you can request partial access — we pull specific items from your pallets with a few days’ notice.
What we cannot store
Perishable food, plants, flammable liquids, gas cylinders, paint, batteries, firearms and anything illegal under UAE law. If you are unsure about a specific item, ask before the collection day and we will confirm.
Storage is most often booked alongside our villa packing service, since everything is already wrapped and listed at that point.
Storage questions, answered
Can I access my items while they are in storage?
Yes, with two to three working days’ notice. We locate your pallets and either give you supervised access or deliver the specific items you need.
Is the warehouse air-conditioned?
The facility is dry, ventilated and pest-controlled. Climate-controlled space is available for artwork, antiques, musical instruments and wine on request.
What is the minimum storage period?
One week. After that you pay for what you use, and long stays over three months are discounted.
Is my property insured in storage?
Basic cover is included. Declared-value cover for high-value items is available and priced against your inventory list.
Do you collect and deliver?
Yes. Collection, storage and redelivery are quoted together with your move, so you deal with one company and one inventory throughout.
